Using the review build
Demonstration properties are illustrative, not offers of accommodation. Viewing and service requests do not create a reservation, tenancy or service contract. Payments are not enabled.
Submitting a listing
You must have authority to advertise the property and permission to use submitted photographs. Provide accurate information. Listings require moderation and may be rejected, suspended or removed. Do not add private documents to public listing media.
Before public operation
The operator must approve the final terms, verification process, complaints route, privacy information and any property-specific compliance requirements.
