Signed-in account identity, profile details, property submissions and photos, saved properties and searches, enquiries, viewing requests and accommodation requirements are stored to operate these features. Exact property addresses and provider contact details are excluded from public listing responses.

Who can see it

You can see your own account records. Listing providers can see enquiries addressed to their properties. Authorised administrators can review submissions, requests and reports. Site access remains private for review.

Requests and deletion

Contact homes@deansignature.com or submit an account/data deletion request. Deletion is an administrator-reviewed workflow, not an immediate automatic erasure. Audit and retention rules must be approved for launch.
